AI training

I train your teams to work with AI, from first steps to advanced use: an assistant set up for their job, automated tasks, tools connected to their own documents. And because I am a legal professional, every course includes the rules that go with it: what you can safely hand over to the tool, the GDPR and the EU Artificial Intelligence Act (AI Act).

    Tailor-made

    One-to-one coaching

Individual training: one person (or two from the same sector) and me, with a programme written for you, based on your real tasks and a specific goal.

    Target audience
An executive, a self-employed professional or an employee.
    Duration
4 hours (half a day) or 7 hours (one day)

Who is it for?

Anyone who uses AI at work, or is about to: employees, managers, executives, HR. Beginners or regular users: the programme starts from each person’s level.

For in-house legal departments and law firms, a dedicated day, adapted to the team’s tasks.

Executives and self-employed professionals can also be trained on their own, through one-to-one coaching.

How does a training course work?

  1. A 20-minute call to understand your needs. It is free and there is no obligation.
  2. A short questionnaire on your needs and on your teams’ level, tools and expectations.
  3. Based on the answers, I send you the programme and the quote.
  4. The training: short presentations, demonstrations and, above all, exercises on your tools and your real tasks. Up to 10 participants, each on their own computer.
  5. At the end, a quiz and a satisfaction questionnaire. Three months later, a short questionnaire to see what has changed in the work.

What do your teams take away?

  • The course materials, as a PDF.
  • A one-page reminder sheet: what you can safely hand over to the tool, what you check.
  • My own instruction templates and, depending on the course, my skills, ready to install and adapt. A skill is a method written once, which the tool then applies on its own.
  • What participants created during the training.
  • A certificate of completion.

Duration, location and price

  • Duration: from 4 hours to several days, in one go or over several sessions.
  • Location: on your premises in Guadeloupe; depending on the project, in Martinique, French Guiana, Saint Martin and Saint Barthélemy. Elsewhere, online by video conference.
  • Group: up to 10 participants. A small group with other companies is possible on request.
  • Price: from €800 excl. VAT for half a day in-company, for the group, or €200 excl. VAT per person on an open course. The price of each course is shown on its page.
  • Lead time: without funding, 1 to 2 weeks after the quote is accepted; with a funding application, at least one month.
  • Accessibility: the training is adapted for people with disabilities. Let me know your needs before enrolling.

How can the training be funded?

Your company can pay for the training from its own budget, or ask its OPCO (a French training funding body) to cover it. This funding, full or partial, is not automatic: it depends on the OPCO’s rules. This funding mainly concerns companies with fewer than 50 employees; above that, the training is usually paid for from the company’s budget.

With an OPCO, this is how it works:

  1. We prepare the programme together; my Qualiopi-certified partner sends you the training agreement and the programme to attach to your request.
  2. Your company submits the request to its OPCO before the training starts.
  3. The OPCO decides according to its rules and budget. If it agrees, it pays my partner directly or reimburses your company after the training, depending on the OPCO and the scheme: its funding approval says which.
  4. Any part the OPCO does not cover is paid by your company.

Route to BusinessI work under the Qualiopi certification of my partner Route to Business.

Frequently asked questions

Can AI training be funded by an OPCO?

It is possible, for all or part of the course, but never automatic: it depends on the rules of your OPCO (a French training funding body). Your company submits the request, before the training, with the documents sent by my Qualiopi-certified partner.

Is AI training for employees mandatory under the AI Act?

Yes, there is an obligation, but it is a duty to make efforts, not to achieve a result. Since 2 February 2025, a company that uses AI tools must take measures to foster its staff’s AI literacy (AI Act, Article 4, amended in July 2026). The text imposes neither a specific course nor a level to reach: you have to act, not guarantee a result. A training course you keep a record of (programme, attendance, certificates) is the simplest way to act, and to be able to show it.

Which tools does the training cover?

The ones your company uses or is considering: ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude… If you have not chosen yet, we discuss it during the first call.

Do participants need to know how to use AI already?

No. A questionnaire sent before the training tells me each person’s level, and I adapt the programme: beginners start with the basics, teams already at ease go further.

Can the training take place online?

Yes, by video conference, anywhere in France and Europe. In person, I work in Guadeloupe and, depending on the project, in Martinique, French Guiana, Saint Martin and Saint Barthélemy.

I am a self-employed business owner: can I be trained?

Yes, through one-to-one coaching or in a group. Funding then goes through your training insurance fund (FAF, a French fund for the self-employed) rather than an OPCO; the conditions are checked case by case.

Where to start?

The simplest way is to talk it through. The call takes 20 minutes, is free and there is no obligation.
